You can tell we are ready for a campfire.

These are all from the Celebration of Betty Pack, Russel Brown and Gene Brooks held on Saturday, July 13, 2013.  We love and miss them all but the memories will never fade of good times with each of them.

This sculpture greets those brave souls that golf on the General Butler Golf Course.

Starve Hollow campout, June 2013

Bump's Grand dog.  Sweet.  Glad she and her  Humans could come visit.

Hum must have been a nap after Smores!  Too much chocolate and marsh mellows for Keith.

Campfire!  Wouldn't be a campout with one.

Let's see there was a story here.......Col. Sanders,  Martha Stewart, and the Pillsbury Doughboy were coming after Jean for taking their recipes of Cook.com!    Well, that is what we heard anyway.  Jean and Butch were hosts this weekend and as usual Jean Cook, cooked!  We all came away a few lbs. heavier.  :o)

Bailey's Point, Barren River

There is a TV tuned into the Golf match in the bay in front of these two golfers.  Tiger was mentioned once or twice. 

Our Hostess set the tone for Hospitality.

You can see that we all had several layers on during the Hospitality evening.  Then it warmed up and those jackets were forgotten.  

Cousins were deep into discussion about something!

There is a beautiful lake through these trees.  We are parked on a point, Bailey's Point to be exact, and with the water level 12 feet higher than normal we were still well above it in our campground.
